Product Introductie
Naadloze koolstofstalen pijpen zijn gemaakt van stalen ingots of vaste billets door perforatie om capillairen te maken, die vervolgens warmgewalst, koud gerold of koud getrokken zijn. De grondstof van koolstofstalen buis is een ronde buis leeg, die door een snijmachine wordt gesneden in een knuppel met een lengte van ongeveer 1 meter en naar een oven gestuurd voor het verwarmen door een transportband. De knuppels worden in de oven ingevoerd en op ongeveer 1200 graden Celsius verwarmd. De brandstof is waterstof of acetyleen. Ovenstemperatuurregeling is een cruciaal probleem. Nadat de ronde buis blanco uit de oven is losgelaten, wordt deze doorboord door een drukponsmachine. Over het algemeen is de meest voorkomende ponsmachine de conische roller -ponsmachine. Dit soort ponsmachine heeft een hoge productie -efficiëntie, goede productkwaliteit, een grote hoeveelheid expansie van perforatie en diameter en kan een verscheidenheid aan staalcijfers dragen. Na perforatie wordt de ronde buis blanco achtereenvolgens gestreden, continu gerold of geëxtrudeerd door drie rollen.

ASTM A106 Naadloze koolstofstalen buis
ASTM A106/ASME SA106 is de standaardspecificatie voor naadloze koolstofstalen buis die is toegepast voor diensten met hoge temperatuur. Het omvat drie cijfers A, B en C, en Common Use Grade is A106 graad B. Het gebruikt in verschillende industrieën, niet alleen voor pijpleidingsystemen zoals olie en gas, water, minerale slurry -transmissie, maar ook voor ketel, constructie, structurele doeleinden.
ASTM A106 Grade B -pijp is gelijk aan ASTM A53 Grade B en API 5L B op chemische positie en mechanische eigenschappen, in het algemeen gebruik koolstofstaal en koelsterkte minimaal 240 MPa, treksterkte 415 MPa.
