Product Introductie _

Naadloze koolstofstalen pijpen zijn gemaakt van stalen ingots of vaste billets door perforatie om capillairen te maken, die vervolgens warmgewalst, koud gerold of koud getrokken zijn. De grondstof van koolstofstalen buis is een ronde buis leeg, die door een snijmachine wordt gesneden in een knuppel met een lengte van ongeveer 1 meter en naar een oven gestuurd voor het verwarmen door een transportband. De knuppels worden in de oven ingevoerd en op ongeveer 1200 graden Celsius verwarmd. De brandstof is waterstof of acetyleen. Ovenstemperatuurregeling is een cruciaal probleem.
